Graduation Mass!

Dear Seventh Grade Parents and Students,

Summer is fast approaching, as we move towards the end of our school year…just two more weeks left!  You have been a very cooperative and fun class, and you have worked very hard this past school year.  I am so happy with your academic growth and progress.  I am very proud of you!  Great job, Seventh Graders!♥

Sadly, O.M.M.S. students, faculty, staff, and parents will honor and say “Goodbye” to our wonderful Eighth Graders, at our final school Mass for this school year, on Friday, June 6.♥  We wish them all great success and happiness, as they move forward into the next chapter of their education…high school.  We will miss them, but we will continue to treasure and love them forever.♥

This week in literature, the Seventh Graders will perform A Midsummer Night’s Dream by William Shakespeare, in the St. Francis Hall, at 6:30p.m.  A great evening of entertainment is guaranteed for all who attend.  The Seventh Graders have had a blast rehearsing, and are excited to share their talent with you.  I addition to this, I will finish reading aloud Hamlet by William Shakespeare, and we will continue to discuss its theme, characters, and plot.  They will also work on finishing their grammar, comprehension, punctuation, calligraphy, and Greek Roots classroom workbooks.

This week in history, the Seventh Graders will finish giving their class presentations regarding, “People of The Enlightenment.”
